I quit a guild on one realm and joined a different guild on a separate non-connected realm. I could join and use guild chat just fine, but could not access the guild bank - at all. Character was proper rank to access all guild bank tabs: verified as I am also guild leader on another character. Every time I click on it I get “you do not have permission to access the guild bank.” Characters on the same realm as the guild can access guild bank tabs same as before.
I then rejoined the original guild on the same realm as the character, and could access the guild bank just as before.
I can also corroborate the already-reported issue of being severely limited in guild bank gold withdrawals, even on the guild leader who can only withdraw 10g: even 10g 1c is too much and fails.

Yeah, I came to report the same thing. Different faction, different realm, can’t access guild bank.

I’m having the same exact problem as well, and other members of my guild that also joined with characters from other realms and they get the same error message.

Real annoying issue… even officers on other realms cannot access guild bank. Even with good reputation. Blizzard please fix T_T

Same problem here. I finally consolidated all my alts across multiple servers into one guild and decided to use the gbank since warbanks aren’t available, and I can’t access the gbank.

Same issue, I couldn’t access guild bank from my cross realm character. My guild leader tried on his cross realm alt as well, but he could not access the guild bank.

Same issue, my characters are within the same “faction” but different realms. Permissions for the guild bank are set correct but get the notification that “I do not have permission to do this action” when trying to access the G-Bank.
Works perfectly fine on characters in the same realm as the guild master.
Very same issue and error message still.

I’m wondering if this is intentional so players are forced to use the Warband bank. And the gold sink associated with purchasing those tabs.

I don’t think it’s this cynical yet. Given that cross realm trading is also down, and Warband banks still don’t have an ETA, it does seem like something is seriously up with most cross-realm features.

I also have this problem today, as well as trying to transfer items between people in groups across realms. Now it tells me the old story about only being able to exchange conjured items. Seems like more things are broken.

Guild Banks won’t work for anyone off-realm for now, the feature for that is not yet implemented, it is intended to be turned on in a future patch.

New patch, more issues. Lovely. I have all of my toons in personal guilds, and now I’m trying to consolidate all of my mats and warbound items. Can’t do it because my toon is cross realm. Lovely. >.>
Edit: Also, I don’t know why they haven’t put the cleanup button on the guild bank. Having things not stack automatically is absolutely TERRIBLE design.

Having same issue and even waited the 72 hours thinking it might be that. Has anyone been able who was in a xrealm guild before prepatch?
