The quest giver never spawns. I’ve been waiting at the site where he spawns for 15+ minutes. How am I supposed to continue the covenant campaign if I can’t accept the quests?
Where are you looking for the NPC, Khinsu? Are you certain you are in the correct location? It looks like you did have the quest at one point but seem to have abandoned it.
Do you have any other quests in that area that might impact that area?
I had the quest at one point, went to turn it in and the quest giver despawned as I was trying to click the dialogue box. I waited about 15 minutes before abandoning the quest, to see if it would help. He has never respawned for me to pick it back up again. I do not have any other quests in the area.
Have you tried logging out and back in again? That can help for these situations.
Yes, I have logged out, logged back in, restarted my computer, flown back to Oribos and back to the area. None of it has helped unfortunately.
Are there any other quests in that area for you?
No. There may have been a world quest there earlier, but it doesn’t look like I have one there anymore.
Looks like you were probably stuck in phase, you seem to be completing the quest so hopefully you can turn it in.
My next recommendation would have been to remove any damageable armor and kill the character.
Yes, he finally spawned. I actually went back and killed the NPC from the last quest again, and when I went back he was there. Thanks for the help!
this is happening to everyone the kyrian quest campaign is bugged and the npc randomly spawns and despawns

Any fix for this yet? Im phased as well. I log out and log back in and as soon as you log in you can see him phase
Same issue with me, quest giver despawns as soon as you try to turn it in. Please fix this, it’s literally game breaking.
If you are experiencing an issue with a quest or a related NPC it is important to report it as a bug so our QA team can take a look.
