like title says i tried to cancel one of my accounts but for some reason i think it bugged out and it cancelled my other account and the account i want to be cancelled is still active and just charged my card.
im low on money right now and was wondering if i could get that charge removed? i havent played a single minute on that account since it was charged it was charged while i was at work

You’ll want to either put in a ticket or do a live chat/call back with billing. They can maybe help.
thank you i wasnt sure if they even had a phone service anymore i remember some1 telling me they shut it down or something so iwasntsure. ill check out when i get home thank you
They don’t take inbound calls, but you can arrange a call-back using the ticket system.
