Cancelled Auction items arent showing up in mail

As title states i canceled some auctions of some of them being kind of expensive, and they aren’t showing up in my mail for me to collect to put back on AH.

Help

Edit: Did a reload a couple times, tried disabling addons which i dont have that many at all, restarted game. Nothing in mailbox so far.

Same here. Not effecting all AH items, but I’ve got at least one item hanging in mailbox limbo. It still says I have mail to open, but I check the mailbox and there’s nothing there.

Same issue. Cancelled auctions not showing up in mail. I had a mail notification icon for a while, but that is gone as well. I hope that doesn’t mean I lost my items.

Sold some stuff on the AH after the patch dropped and it showed up BUT the items i cancelled are not showing up in my mailbox still.

Is this the same bug which appeared back in August 2024?

I couldn’t tell you. Never experienced this before.

after the undermine patch was rolled out pre patch ah items if cancelled do not return to my mailbox someone in the blizzard team was reaching out and asked me to report the bug

All my cross-realm posts (enchants, etc.) aren’t in mail or on the AH

I have lost everything that was posted before patch across multiple characters.

I also lost all my enchant that i canceled as well. Gm’s was asking me to report it here as well, he does confirm that it is on my mail but I cant see it even after cleaning my UI.

All my stuff hundreds of enchant scroll just gone while i cancelled them, i see a mail icon on minimap but nothing happens while opening a mail and the icon still shown, last maintenance goes up but it still bugged
a GM suggest me to post the bug here, well i hope they fix it ASAP

I also have a mail icon, and despite having had dozens of items in the inbox, and dozens on the AH prior to patch, the mailbox opens and there’s nothing there. Since the AH is kind of a critical feature to progression for people without hours to farm, this should be front page news from Blizz about efforts to fix, rather than having to dig through a half dozen different, related problem threads and little-to-no feedback from Blizz.

I JUST had some AH items expire, and they were sent to the mail. However, the cancelled Jewelcrafting materials I spent over 40k gold on flipping still aren’t here.

I am also seeing a mail icon with no mail waiting and believe that some unsold auction items are missing.

I also lost a ton of different profession items from engineering and tailoring. I hope there is a way for them to revert the mail to just before patch. please help, blizz
also, I too am seeing the mail icon but nothing in mailbox.

not sure if it releated but the character select screen mail icons are missing as well
