Was a fun campaign and all which is why I decided to reup after 5 years, but this is another price increase I can’t, in good conscience support. Especially with record sales.
Players who use bnet bucks are taking a (small) hit because Blizzard is in effect devaluing bnet bucks valued in Canadian dollars. And only for game time. Want to bet this was ginned up by a lawyer? lol
This was a really clumsy announcement. While I now see that the original post does not impact our subscription price, I think most of us have no idea that there is a difference between subscription price and game time price.
You should have been more clear that you’re just screwing over a small segment of your customers.
Game isn’t worth it. Mind your own business. My money, I spend it where I want, if you wanna hoard balance and pay with a credit card then be my guest.
Wise man once said any message involving price and currency translation for foreign customers is going to bad if it can’t be explained in two sentences or less.

I don’t mind this change. Discounted Blizz services, took a hit to battle net balance though.
That’s just it. Americans would be pissed if they had a price increase. I’m not going to support this price hike. My dollar votes, and I vote not to spend more.
