Cool. Hopefully you use some of that extra money towards actually hiring some useful support staff. Your customer service is an absolute joke right now, in fact I don’t think you even have any.

Try submitting a ticket for an issue in game and see how long it takes to get a response. In fact, try even submitting a ticket, good luck with that - they’ve made it as difficult as possible to navigate through their ticket system because they are clearly overwhelmed and want to discourage people from submitting tickets.

On top of that I am very angry about the fact that it is apparently impossible to speak to a live person anymore - ESPECIALLY ABOUT BILLING ISSUES AND SERVICE REFUNDS. No I don’t want some canned response from a Game Master telling me they can’t do anything about the $75CAD I just wasted.

Not to mention how incredibly frustrating it is to go through a price increase 1 month after buying a product, it feels like I’ve been cheated by you guys.
