They were supposed to be turned off as soon as Dragon Soul opened, but I guess by that point they were barely even aware of Cata’s existence to even release the patch in the first place

I kinda find it funny and feels it make the world a bit more alive xd but yea not much hope to see this fixed as cata is over. We’re all gonna be free of it once mop launch.

They lacked sufficient phasing or just didn’t expect people to notice/care. Pretty sure most leader characters have been in similar situations.
