I have the heroic tokens for my class, and the normal version of the tier set… but when I go buy the heroic version it says I don’t have the required items…
there are 3 sets that you need to buy if you look at the vendor you can see which token buys what. Been awhile since I bought them but the second set tokens come from normal so you will need to clear it in order to get those.
Yep but as I said, I have the normal armor set already… and I just cleared heroic and got 4 heroic tokens for my class. Went to vendors and can’t buy anything with the tokens… requires normal version of armor, which I have, requires heroic token, which I have… still says I don’t have the required items.
you need the normal Mark of Sanctification to get the second tier then the heroic Mark of Sanctification and the second tier to get the heroic version.
Basically:
gold = base item
base + token = regular tier
regular tier + heroic token = heroic tier

That makes sense… been a while since I been there… I remember now normal set piece… then normal token… then heroic token… 3 levels on that tier set…

it’s been a while since i got those, but i believe there is something you can hover over when you’re looking at the heroic item that shows what you in need in order to buy it. the upgraded piece of armor should have a different but similar name than the base gear to make it clear what the upgrade progression is.
The last thing to check is its for the Right/Same Spec as the piece you bought since they weren’t spec switching back then, so you had to buy down a line and couldn’t just use a DPS chest to buy a Tank chest.

Gee, always stepping on the egg shell ‘forum’ of offending ‘someone’… just trying to get some answers or help and responding to a comment. I thought it was Feb 19 this year.
But, thanks anyways.
Look its frowned upon necroing a thread when things can change between then and and correction it hasnt been a year but a my point still stands bugs go to bug forum.
Anyone in good posting can post in any topic if they have good information weather or not you like the answer is up to you.

No one is offended, nor do you need to walk on eggshells but Darthwraith was simply trying to let you know that this thread is 2 years old and it is it often best to start your own. Including those that are a month or so old. Unless the discussion is active making your own isn’t a bad idea.
I’ve separated your new post into its own thread, so let’s start again and we can maybe work out what the issue is.
