There was a town with strong guards on the Isle of QD, and the zone did not mix under leveled characters with max level pvp toons who were incentivized to kill the under leveled toons.

It mixed every level 70 from newly dinged up to BT geared.

I can’t speak to any of these things because I never played them. Vanilla classic is all that is good. And the developers knew what they were doing.

You could start fights but there were guards there that would murk you if you didn’t get away quick enough.

And I’ll also bring up TI again which also had the the Bloody Coin mechanic so on a PVP server it was a free for all.
And in the end this is on you guys for rolling on a PVP server. You filled up CS so fast they had to make a second RP-PVP server and now you all want out. It’s hysterical.

They wanted to have their cake and eat it too. Poor suckers are complaining about PvP when they should be complaining about the worst piece of content ever dropped in classic history. This is one for this record books.

That’s what pve servers are for. People chose to play on pvp servers, and pvp is happening on pvp servers

Legit play a PVE server. This is the solution, there is legit nothing blizzard needs to or has to do here.
