I’ve been trying to figure out how to make a support ticket for the past hour. I’m trying to find out information on the SOD character transfers, there was originally a transfer off of chaos bolt onto Crusader Strike with mention that they would not close this option. I can’t transfer my character onto there, and chaos bolt is a dead server. Is there any support I can get, or somehow make a ticket to talk to someone about this option?
A gm wouldnt be able to help unless it was to clear mail prenting a transfer.

It’s possible you can’t move because of your faction, it looks like they are trying to keep the factions relatively balanced.
