Can you Claim both Daisy and Bananas?

After claiming Daisy seems like it marked Bananas for me, every time I try to claim it’s says I already have it but doesn’t show up in the pet slider in-game

I have Daisy and unwrapped her, that was the only gift I got to unwrap not sure where Bananas went

if it’s saying you claimed it but you don’t have it, open a ticket

incorrect.
there was a bug preventing people from getting it, but that doesn’t mean you were ineligible.
if you were impacted by the bug, a GM can assist:
