Can we talk about "Really Sticky Glue"

The quest reward from “A Solvent Spirit” in Sen’jin Village grants you some really sticky glue!
Rendering a target unable to move for TEN seconds! With some testing I’ve discovered that this can be used in battlegrounds, and considering that a fair majority of players have obtained the free level 58-they are able to obtain this sticky glue since their character has yet to have completed the quest?

Is this okay to have in the game?

Of course it’s ok.

It’s a one time quest with a soul bound limited charge root.

Can you abandon the quest, pick it up again and reuse the item?

It’s a reward. Limited charges then it’s gone forever.

Oh, then it’s not a big deal.

Not at all. There are about a million consumables usable in BGs that have more of an impact…

Like faps… why are they not spellstealable?

FAPs render the object of this complaint thread useless too lol

iirc it doesnt work if there above lvl 30 but i might be wrong

The [Light of Elune] quest reward grants ALL ALLIANCE PLAYERS a FREE PALADIN BUBBLE omg omg omg omg.

Wait until you find out about Magic Dust.

edit: a lot of races have a solid, limited PvP item early on. There’s a quest in Tirisfal Glades for 5 Slumber Sand

Potions aren’t spells.

Why are you worried about something a person can only pick up 1 time? Here’s a row of things that can be made infinitely and still work at 70.
-Free action (immunity to snares AND stuns for 30s)
-Restoration (removes debuffs)
-Swiftness (sprint)
-Invis (No one can see you without flare or detect invis)
-Catseye (stealth detect pot)
-Rage potions
-Energy potion

If you can use bag of marbles to cheese brutallus and light of elune to cheese muru then i dont see a problem with 5 sticky glue in pvp.

I believe there was a tine when this quest item was tradeable in original vanilla.
