Prot Paladins are the pinnacle of gameplay diversity with a fun, interactive, and engaging playstyle not centered around 3 stack azerite traits, gimmick 1 shots, or being fotm because you do unhealthy amounts damage with a 2 button rotation.
Anyone who says otherwise is either a maplestory 2 main or drowning in salt because you couldn’t piggy back on failing game systems and scuffed class balance during the arena match, and lost that hard earned rating.

There are no “Juicy” azerite traits for prot. Theres indom and vanguard. One gives you more judement damage and the other buffs strength on grand crusade proc. If you want to do decent dmg you’re going to take battlefield x2 and grand crusade if you can manage the right pieces.
Prot pala dmg is absurdly low out side of Seph and wings together. You have a stun and a silence on 45 second cd… So much cc…
Prot pala is pretty balanced for pvp it is no where NEAR the OP level as some classes. The way you make it sound its god mode status and every other game has a prot pala in it.
That was hilarious when he screamed like a little girl at the end. Used zero cds and didn’t trinket while they slowly killed his partner. That was great.

Heal to full go in Conc again silience the room if you get bursted Divine shield Divine steed out. LoS again heal to full. You have more than enough tools to troll a tower for a long time and it is great to work on cycling CD’s.

Totally understand that but Seraphim is pretty OP especially for Burst and Healing/Defensive while it’s up and it’s on a very short CD. It gives you 12% Versa, then haste, Mastery ( increase dmg reduction and more healing) Crit. Think you underestimate how strong it is Defensively or Offensively. Seraphim makes you extremely Tanky while it is up.
Yea there are lol called Avengers might - Gives tons of mastery with Wings up and with Seraphim leads to big burst or healing. 100k+ instant heals. Prot Pally has some of the best designed traits. Indomitable justice isn’t bad as you say and grand crusader but there are some other nice healing traits as well.
You don’t need to do dmg outside of CD’s in a CD trading game.
After playing Prot warrior it feels pretty OP but let’s be real here Prot Pally is pretty broken in regards to healing and what it can do. I am not biased lets just call it for what it is.
Also the 1k haste also drops ur cds on basic spells like the heal automatically so technically abom isn’t wrong.

I mean it’s pretty good and Rextroy is using it for BGs and bursting. I have one low trait of it and mastery is super important so I find I like it.
Mastery is not super important for bursting as prot. wth? Ret yea prot no. It reduces dmg IF YOU STAND IN Conc, increases block and increases attack power. I mean if youre just pugging bgs all your life okay go super tanky. But our role is defensive in nature. Our main stat is versa, you Definitely want 1x vanguard and its still debatable on dmg for arena. Some go 2x battlefield. Some even run double shield from bulwark of the light. Theres not a lot of prot palas in competitive pvp because they’re not as “OP” as you state.
Prot takes I lvl over secondary stats anyways. Highest I lvl that is.

If you’re not doing arena I guess it doesn’t matter. The top arena prots are using Head for Vanguard and Shoulders, Chest Battlefield focus.

It’s just a preference even when a Tank is OP there aren’t tons of them running around. Some people just prefer Dps/Healing. So rep isn’t that telling.
Yea I like more attack power that means better healing, damage and blocking is the main mitigation being that you can block Dots and big attacks like Gpyro. It’s all situational and depends on what you are going for.
I don’t have the gear to test between Versa and Mastery. I have high Versa by default cause i have 2 good versa trinkets. Seems to work well however I definitely want more mastery.
If I want to do the biggest Judgement crits possible then yes. It’s like adding an extra trinket ontop of everything available. Which some people are doing in PvP and people seem to think it is fun to hit 30k+ Judgements.
