Can we still transfer toons between different bnet accounts?

I understand this feature is supposed to go away for warthin, but has it been disabled as of today’s patch, or can I still xfer toons between bnet accounts with the same name on the accounts?

I am sorry, but that ability is gone now. It went away with the patch today.
