I just want to have the option to have a big fluffy tail or a spiky tail, it would look so good, wolves are supposed to have tails anyways. I know you guys can make it happen! Please <3

Fun fact:
The Before the Storm novel mentions Genn Greymane with a tail.
“The worgen jerked back at words that pierced him more than any blade. He panted, his ears flattened to the back of his skull, his tail lashing the air.”
Now, we know that Genn doesn’t actually have a tail, so I personally take this line from the book as meaning that Genn twerks when enraged lol

No. It doesn’t. Because it was retconned, rewritten and specifically said that it was a mistake and Worgen do NOT have tails.
Sharp eyes have caught a slipup in Before the Storm–unlike Genn, I’m only human. I mistakenly pinned a tail on the worgen. @Llorewalker caught it & we thought we’d docked all the tails, but missed one, so there is a vestigial tail in the book. So no, worgen don’t have tails.

You can’t just patch a book.
Obviously it was just a mistake, hence my joke about Genn twerking. So it’s not even a matter of a retcon. That tail was never canon. But it’s mentioned lol

I mean Worgen ARE werewolves, but like it’s 50/50 if Werewolves have tails. Most horror movie Werewolves do not have tails. Unless they just turn into big wolves instead of the Half Wolf Half Man creatures.
