Can we please remove the 50%+ slows. ffs this is stupid

u probably play the cat and mouse meta huh u dont want to be touched as a range player well to bad melee will never lose there slows because of people like u grow up champ and move on and if they ever were to nerf slows ur speed would be nerfed as well to equal it out cant have one and not the other

I play sv and enhance and a few other things. I play melee on basically everything but my heals.

Dude, I get you’re concerned with not being able to slow an entire raid at once, but most of us just want to get from one place to the next.

Grow up man. No one likes all these slows.

slows are in the game to counter range from free casting ur logic to this whole tread means nothing so u wasting ur time

I don’t think it’s the slows, but the roots

Hunter has too many with tar trap and sentinel. Frost Mage…do I even have to spell it out?

Snares I think could be tuned are shive and DND , but i can’t really complain about the others

50%+ slows are dumb. This is an opinion.

It’s the slows I’m annoyed with. Anything more than 50% just makes the pacing of the game awful.

I’ve gotten used to RP walking everywhere as a priest since TBC. The game has gotten faster, more displacements, roots, slows, micro ccs you name it.

I can remove one snare every 30 seconds. It’ll get auto re applied one gcd later.

Counter argument. Make slows actually DR, and once the third DR has gone out, 20-30 seconds of slow application immunity.

Or #2: Nerf slows across the board and make them have 30-45 second CD’s for anything above 50%

yeah as a longtime priest main I didn’t even know we were in the midst of a snare bloat, this is news to me

yeah a hunter complaining about slows when he has busted burst, roots over roots, 2 stuns, and 19 seconds of survival of the fittest, and 50+ yards range.
how are melee supposed to catch you without those slows?

That would be going a bit too extreme. I’d be fine if that was the case for the 90% slows. Those are essentially a root at this point.

In the end, the game just needs to go back to slows being unique abilities that need to be managed. Good players were good at keeping slows on a target to have better uptime. Now, it’s juts apart of their rotation in many cases.

Why do you folks respond like this? It’s embarrassing. Should I assume you play a rogue since you’re posting on a level 10 rogue? I post on my hunter. I play a lot of specs. Most of my irritation came from doing some bgs while leveling my priests.

Not so sure about this, I still remember Optimus Prime warrior with 3 stuns, 2 kicks and a silence.

You know the game doesn’t revolve around PvP right? How would that work for rogues? Do they have to apply weapon poisons mid match to slow something?

You made this thread because of your experience leveling a priest? And you think all PVP should change because of your adventures as a priest?

It’s more that it’s safe to assume a lot of what people post on isn’t always what they’re playing. Most of us play more than one spec. Just weird that someone responding to me is posting on something they aren’t playing and assume I’m referring to what I’m posting on.
