I queue with alliance all of the time, doing solo shuffle, I consider it casual pvp.

Cross faction random plays would take away from the faction/species in-game net bookings.

I think teams and healers should be factionless so the system can balance them better and they need to find another way to form matches aside from fifo but if they did the 1st itād be a huge step towards balance. Let the premades go farm themselves and alternate factions when dividing teams, stop making matches around teams and filling in the gaps with solo players and prioritize team vs team. The queue system doesnāt work in this environment, if they donāt fix it theyāre going to lose more of their solo players. Iām fodder tier in this environment as a solo queue healer.
