I find it quite similar to Retail in many ways, and have been playing alts in Retail rather than MoP lately.
lol same, tho I enjoy MoP class design a lot more. Vanilla is BiS tho, its so darn good.

I agree that Vanilla class design is quite nice, but I think Retail class design is better than MoP, or at least some spec design, like Feral specifically.
What do you like about the retail one?
I don’t like MoP feral much at all. It feels clunky and squishy. So, there’s that.
Retail Feral is much smoother to play. I forget the name of the skill, but there’s an AoE rip, energy regen rate is quite fast, there’s no Savage Roar (which I could go either way on).
Feral healing in PVP feels a lot smoother, and more consistent in Retail, too. In MoP it feels very high effort, but the reward is maybe not worth it. I’m sure if I was in the top 0.01% of players, I could eek out 0.1% play.
Both Retail and Mop though seem to have similar GCD, and (I’m not sure what you’d call it, but that feeling when hits land… it feels different from Classic, and even in Progression until MoP, now it feels pretty much the same).
time between button press and animation conpletion when the numbers pop up and are executed. Similar to travel time on frost bolts.
Different between games versions.
They should let us transfer to retail, MoP is great but it will get old and WoD is not a thing I am personally looking forward to

I wouldn’t mind that, but part of me really wants WoD for the CM weapons.
Something that worries me though, is that if they stop progression, then the servers would start to die out.

Not a huge deal to me though, i play Era mostly anyway. I’m glad others are enjoying MoP.
