The Forums do that weird thing where it changes your character without telling you?
If memory serves, CoC refreshers are asked for not given unsolicited.
Its still good advice.

And if you’re really unlucky the mods will can the other thread and put a perma ban on any thread that mentions forum changes because it generates too much work for them to do and toxicity to deal with.

There’s a reason why i call those anti-taggers pro-harm.
