Oh, you mean how people noticed that there’s a few of you that use sockpuppets to create an echo chamber by abusing the forum being stupid to amply your voice and appear to be more than just one person.
It sounds to me like the rest of the trollers, harassers and alt hoppers that you just don’t want people to be able to ignore you where you can’t see their posts and vice versa them with you which shouldn’t be an issue because if someone or lots of people want to avoid you that’s a personal choice.
But what about freedom of speech?
wait you have someone on ignore?
How are you not having freedom of speech still if people are choosing not to hear you, sorry but no one is required to listen, interact, etc. with anyone else, again it comes back to personal choice.
Case and point if I would of wanted to auto ignore you when you replied to me I could and I could because it’s a personal choice, make sense yet?
Take me off ignore right now >:C
Taking justice into your own hands or throwing shade isn’t going to fix the forums.
No, tying down account to one forum ID will go a long way towards helping make it better by removing the absolute ease there currently is in being able to bother people who don’t want to deal with someone’s noise, or magnify the support of something
Realistically it isn’t that big of a deal.
Some posters just can’t handle its occurrence.
Ahh I see selective reading again. Good to hear you never change
It is something that wouldn’t be used against too many people, but the people who it is needed for, make it really needed.
And that’s much more of a deal than any of the stretches I’ve seen listed as potential horrors of doing it.
Blizzard think otherwise.
Their silence on this speaks for them.
Oh good, now we’ve moved to “Blizz hasn’t stated a concrete opinion on this for this forum, therefore they agree with me even thought everyone else is just asking for this forum to work like every other blizzard forum”
Well what else are we suppose to conclude?
If they haven’t commented then they don’t care or consider it a big enough issue for them to weigh seriously in on.
That they haven’t said anything other than that they’re interested in changing forum software and that allowing people to use our characters as avatars broke the btag functionality.
Maybe with that type of logic they will just roll out battletag forums like the rest of the Blizzard forums without saying a word.
It is a possibility
would miss it being Tarrok though
I think we can all agree, add account-wide ignore.
All account wide ignores will do is make it so the person getting ignored is only ignored by the person initiating the ignore.
Say if I was to ignore your account only I would not see it . In no way would you be denied the ability to post in a thread or be prevented with other people in said thread that do not have you on ignore.
How many times does this need to be explained to you ?
