A buff to rune weapon could be nice. It’s such a crap talent no one uses it. They are already doing balance changes so it’s absurd to say “no” now.

If anything, the first thing to buff would be the thing that’s so bad no one uses it. Even full blood DKs like myself don’t slot it. My blood build is 50/11/10. I’d rather have another point of morbidity than rune weapon. That’s how bad it is. The reduced CD on decay is fantastic for tanking and the coil bonus feeds sudden doom. The rune weapon does little beyond eat 60 runic power I could have put into a rune strike + death coil combo, or 3 rune strikes.

I tank my heroic+ runs with it and often do BGs with it. It’s a versatile build. As a damage build, I think blood’s main benefit is powering up someone else with unholy frenzy, not pushing numbers yourself.
Anyways, the duration of DRW could be increased by 6 seconds and the proc rate of Sudden Doom could be increased to 25%. This would net a couple percent DPS and put us up to Ret Paladin DPS levels. I don’t think it will happen as Blizzard gave us some detailed reasoning on their decision to buff Ret and their words make it clear that the chance of any other class receiving a buff is next to nil.
Of course, my whole reason for being on this forum is to help people when they ask questions and to dismantle popular lies and call out trolls. Now that you’ve blocked me, I can do so without having to engage in your theatrics.
It would be quite reasonable, what would you think about a increase to HS dmg, not much like from 72-80, have the DC proc got to 33% and add BB to the proc list, that would make BB the preferred AoE for Blood since DND and HB are the other specs and make DC increase the duration of DRW per cast?
But why? Comparing this to the ret buffs is so silly, because besides ret, paladins have a tanking spec and a healing spec. Death Knights have 2 DPS specs and one tanking spec. I get that there’s a lot of nostalgia around launch DKs but Blizzard has made it clear that that was a mistake. I main DK and I’m specced Blood/Blood and I just don’t see why. You like pressing heart strike 6 times in a row?
I mean TBH blood is already very underrated. It does decent dps, just not compared to unholy or frost. If you like blood dps then give it a shot. It really isn’t that bad.
