I don’t see any recent actions on the account you are currently posting on. There was a squelch in March, but that’s long expired. Is this on a different Battle.net account, Justplaydead?
Looking at that account, I can see that it does have a silence applied to it, which can be reviewed with your appeal.
There isn’t really any fundamental difference between the functionality of a squelch and a silence. It is primarily just that a silence is usually applied after the reports have been reviewed.
