Can someone be reported for not inviting players from specific realms?

There’s a thread in GD right now that talks about a “Personal ruleset for M+” and it contains this:

I heard from a friend of mine a while back that explicitly stating this would quantify as a reportable offense but I realised I never looked it up and I’m having troubles finding anything about it

So I figured I would ask here, now that there’s a thread on GD that has it as a listed point

And I know that one can choose to not invite anyone for any particular reason, as long as its not stated, a choice to not invite someone can’t be punishable but I got curious whether stating it quantifies as a reportable offense

He can create any group he wants he just cant exclude realms in his Group finder i believe

You can decline anyone you want. Advertising that you don’t want people from X servers or any other discriminatory language, that’s a different story. I think telling people that they’re being declined due to their server would probably fall under that discriminatory mantle as well - but that I cannot say for certain.

Anything can be reported. Whether it receives action is another story.

Based on what we’ve seen people say here, if it’s listed in the group description something along the lines of “No players from realm(s) X,” that seems to get people dinged for being toxic. If you don’t say anything and simply don’t invite people from certain realms, there’s really nothing to action.

Thanks, I figured that this was the case as it would just make logical sense but figured I’d get some more solid sources for it so one could know for certain (or at least have logical sources for it) rather than not

Thanks!
