his voice actor is so recognizable too— like Illy’s VA. Its amazing to see who else he voices.

Someone from Blizzard said that Sire Denathrius was a very popular character and they felt he should come back. Problem is, the people who didn’t like Shadowlands put up such a stink that they may be reluctant to use that material.
Too bad; It was a really good expansion.

…although it would be natural around the paladins. 
he’s secretly dating Xal’artath now. and will convince her to give up the void and join him and start a family. And that’s the Midnight storyline. Finally a happy ending.

Actually the people of Azeroth should have someone contact Archon in Bastion and remind her about how they helped solve the problem in Bastion with the Forsworn. She could send an army of Kyrian to help with the fight in TWW.

They’ve brought back a few shadowlands characters already, one at the very least in the emerald dream, so it’s possible. I’d like him to saunter in and say “surprise B, I bet you thought you’d seen the last of me”

Didn’t blizzard scrap the decision to kill off Denathrius quite last minute? The cinematic cut-scene where he escapes was added in quite late. I remember there was an interview where they said they really like Denathrius as a character and wanted him to basically “last longer”
