When I log in-game and click on the Guild and communities tab I do not see my guild nor do I have any controls for guild. I’m the gm for my guild and I can see my guild name above my character, just ca not access the guild… any help please would be appreciated.
if this is your first guild, I would research guild options and make sure that you’ve adjusted the guild player settings correctly. did you appoint someone else in charge? if so, then I suspect they made some changes and demoted you.
You might first try to disable all your addons. Exit the game after and see if that helps. If not, the next thing I suggest is Resetting your UI.

I can definitely see you are in it, but it seems that none of the characters in the guild can see the interface. I’m not sure what is going on there, but I’m going to poke at it a bit and consult with some others.
Hopefully we can figure it out but I’ll let you know.

My first guild from years ago… no one else in charge, I’ve accessed my alt account and seen that Tyberios is the GM of the guild still.
Tyberios, can you check your character when you get a moment and see if the issue has cleared up?
I believe you may have a password reset to complete before you can log back in. We had to take the reins when troubleshooting.

Ok it looks like you have repaired Tyberios! I can now see my guild and have access once again. All of my othere characters are still broken…

So it is more than likely nothing we did actually helped and it just magically fixed itself while we were monkeying around.
It might just be something that will update during maintenance or after a given time, but I’ll see about forwarding it up for investigation.

So your not sure what was done, that caused my toon’s guild ui to start working again? Only ask because I have two other guilds that are not working on those toons as well. Character Boogins and character Ironnhyde.
I know the troubleshooting steps that were taken, but if those steps were responsible for resolving the issue, it should have resolved it for all characters on the account, not just this one.
So based on that, it may be a temporary issue and logging into and out of the character could have caused it to refresh and fix itself. In either case, we’ll poke around and see.
Question for you. You have several characters in The Expendables, can they see the guild interface? Or is it like they aren’t in a guild?

Nope I just logged into all of them, none of the characters can see the guild interface. Just Tyberios can see it. Its like they are not in a guild.
I would suggest a full UI reset to determine if it could be a corrupted file somewhere in the files. Exit the game and launcher completely. Open the WoW directory and delete the Cache folder. Delete, move, or rename the Interface and WTF folders. Restart the game via the launcher to see if the issue is resolved. If not, you can then delete the new WTF and Interface folders if you renamed them and rename the originals back to that.
Generally good advice, but I’m able to see the same thing on his characters, so it’s not a UI issue.
