Tried to cancel my subscription, but there is no way in the manage subscriptions page to do that. Tried to send a ticket in, but it would not allow to even do that.
When is the subscription set to renew?
It’s possible you might have left it too close to the renewal date to cancel, as it will begin the process to take payment for the next block of game time.
In almost four months.
Deleting the payment method used for that subscription from your wallet will also cancel it for you.
You can then re-add it later on if you wish to use it for future purchases.
Here is the official support page with instructions on how to do this.
If, as you say, there is no “Cancel” link, you already have canceled it and are cruising on the game time you already bought.
If you’re worried that somehow it will renew anyway, you can remove all recorded forms of payment in your account. That will also cancel all subscriptions.
Thank you for the link. But I never canceled it.
Alright. The web services can be a bit sketchy sometimes, it’s true. So as @Ekon suggests, take your payment info out of your battle.net account and any lingering subs will cancel as well. (A sub has to have a recorded payment vehicle, so taking that away eliminates the sub.)
Did. I guess any chance of a refund would be fruitless.
If ur 4 months in outa 12 probably.
What’s your goal here? You said your renewal date is four months away, which I would infer that you are on a six-month subscription?
The money already paid for the six months will not be refunded, no. Game time, especially if used, is generally non-refundable.
As for cancelling so it doesn’t renew, if all else fails, open a ticket and Billing can help with it. Tickets are running two weeks, but there is plenty of time for them to get to it.
Ice, I’m not seeing an active sub here.
The license is good till 3/25
Just going to mess around with classic until the sub runs out. Thx.
Same issue for me as well. No Cancel Subscription option and i know i didn’t cancel it lol.

Are you certain you had an active recurring subscription as opposed to purchasing chunks of game time?
-
Have you checked to make sure your credit card isn’t expired?
it was a recurring subscription and my credit card won’t expire for another year.
I’m not seeing an active subscription, Guardian. It looks like your current time should expire March 2nd, with no renewal date that I can see. Looks like it was updated/canceled recently.
That’s why I was confused. So to be safe, I removed my payment info. But yeah, not sure why the subscription was already cancelled. No big deal, was just adding my experience as I’ve seen it happen to a few others and this post can be used as reference.
