I am having the same issue as the post below but in Dragon Flight. I did not play the campaign long enough to get the teleport spell.
I was in the Legion questline via timewalking and when I used a character boost token, I was locked out of the Legion questline specifically and could not continue. I used a token on another character and Legion was still available and every other questline is available to me either by going to quest giver or the Warchief’s Command Board.
