Can not access account settings page

The website account.blizzard website page will not load. In both Firefox, and Chromium browser the website loads only a white page. Clicking the link via the BattleNet launcher loads the same white page.

Looking into the network browser inspector with developer tools, it shows a JavaScript file with a 404 error.

I have looked at BlizzardCS on twitter and do not see any website issues noted. Is Blizzard having network issues server side or is anyone else having issues? Can I try anything to resolve this?

Probably best to make this post in the website bug forum. Sadly it will not be seen by the proper peeps here.

I’m not aware of any issues. The page appears to be loading fine at this time Kornen.

If you’re still having issues, try clearing your browser cache/temp internet files or checking the site in Anonymous/Incognito and see if it still has loading trouble.

Do you run NoScript as a browser addon? Or any similar extensions?
If you are using Firefox, are you able to temp disable them and see if that helps? Or run Firefox in safe mode?
I had the same issue last night on my laptop and disabling NoScript seemed to help

Huh, I’m having the same issue. The page linked in the blue post isn’t working, either.

Probably changed in the 3 years after this thread was made. Generally if a thread is older than a week or two, it’s best to make your own.

The issue is identical. Sometimes it’s useful to know if crap’s still broken.

Maybe, but extremely unlikely it’s the exact same issue. Hence, not still broken. If you think the account management page has been broken for 3 years - you’d be mistaken.

But it’s not. Or really, you have no way of knowing. What we do know is that there have been all kinds of updates and behind-the-scenes things that would all but prevent this from being identical. That is why it is best to create your own thread rather than revive something that far dead.

While some old old old in-game bugs may hang around that long, the majority of everything else? Would have been fixed, addressed and done - making a “THIS IS STILL HAPPENING!!!” incorrect. It would be something else causing the issue than whatever it was back in 2019. Just because it doesn’t have a thing marking it as fixed or resolved doesn’t mean that it’s not. OP never came back after their initial post, which usually means that it was resolved to their satisfaction so that they didn’t have to come back seeking more help.

There have been a lot of things that have changed with the forums and the account pages in the last 3 years. So, while your issue may seem to be identical, it’s probably not.

If you can’t log in to your account management, you can’t pay.

In the end, I can find plenty of other things to do.
