Can no longer complete Jade Forest storyline

I was able to complete the entirety of Jade Forest on my first few timewalking characters (both Horde and Alliance) just fine. However, these last few weeks, when I finish the jade delivery to the statue and get the follow-up quest to head to the Jade Temple (where you have a few non-dungeon quests before you speak to Yu-Lon) the whole area is swarming with Sha now. I can’t access the quest giver b/c as soon as I approach them, they fade out, and the courtyard of the temple is replaced by Sha with NPCs fighting them. Because of this, I’ve just skipped the ending of the Jade Forest questing and moved on to other areas… But I do want to know:

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Is there a way to fix this phasing issue?

Itmost likely due to phasing. Have you looked up the quest on wowhead to check. Ive completed all quest a month or so ago on my first runner, but haven’t gotten so far on my second.

There are daily quests there. The quests start at the Horde/Alliance hubs in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. I think the area remains phased until those quests update.

The quests are for The August Celestials reputation.
