Since the ticket system is down and not working for me, My paladin is currently lost in the void somewhere (Proberly due to the jailer’s trickery with ol Sylvanis) and was wondering if someone with enough sway and magical abilities can pull him out from the void to a safe spot so i can log on him again please?
You aren’t able to navigate to the self-service feature to move them to a safer place?
nope, Just have the loading loop of death
the page does take a while to load… don’t navigate away when it doesn’t load in a couple of seconds.
failing that, have you tried a different browser?
A different browser would also be my first recommendation. That loading loop is usually an indication some functionality is blocked
