If I would have known Blizzard was going to #change TBC to benefit Horde I would have never stuck to Alliance.
If you literally just made the purchase, there’s a very small window where Blizz might provide a refund. But they don’t tend to give refunds for buyers remorse and certainly not for claims that Blizzard favors one faction or the other.

Did you use the transfer already? Did you log in to your guy that got moved and play? If yes to both of those well I doubt you will get a refund. If you just made the purchase you can always ask they might be able to help.
