Can I get a refund of my game time?

I resubbed to start the quest chain of the prepatch but as I’m reading the forums it seems that they will be available in at least one or two more months. I just want to complete the prepatch event so I don’t know if there’s a way to refund or freeze my game time until the prepatch begins and I don’t want to pay for a game time that I will definitely not use.

Pausing your game time is not an option, I’m afraid. It’s like a cable or mobile phone bill-- even when not in use, it still ticks away.

If your purchase was recent, however, you can use the Support link at the top of the page and navigate to the Refund option under Payments to see if you’re eligible.

I can’t see that option in the bnet launcher

it’s not on the launcher, click the support link at the top of the website.

In this case, however, they are offering accommodations if you do not use the time until the expansion, they will add that time to the back end of your current time. I would submit a ticket and make that request. Try this link:

Live Chat has very limited hours, but you can also submit a ticket. Explain that you had purchased game time, but due to the expansion postponement, you do not intend to play until the expansion drop and would like to be able to have the unused time added to the back end. Hopeefully hey will be able to accommodate you. Good luck!

Is there someone from Blizzard that answer questions here?

This is a player help player forum moderated by Blizzard SFA’s, they’ll say the same thing that’s already mentioned.

There’s not a single option to contact support in their contact support site, I’m trying to get in contact for a refund but the options that they give just keep the customer going in circles to previous topics

I tried with a different browser and all the options just link me to articles without a chance to contact customer support for more help, it’s just static information and all the options to contact support link me back again to that part. I don’t know if the old classic way to ask for support via tickets was removed but I cannot get in contact with Blizzard. I cannot make a ticket with my problem or the option was removed

Yes… the menu maze of customer service can be frustrating. Just use the link I posted and that should get you going in the right direction.

You link is making me going in circles, it’s just articles and clicked every single one of them and their options. There’s no option to contact support, just information

You should only need to type in the Description box with your request & then hit SUBMIT.

On the upper right hand corner, of what I am hoping you are using is a web browser, is there a link with “Contact Support”? I only ask if it is a web browser, as that is how I am viewing the web page currently, as my phone is charging. Perhaps a screen shot would help, but there should be a submit ticket button under the page after you type in some information.

My link? It should take you right to a ticket with a box to type in your description of the issue.

That does appear to be the breaking news page, not either of the pages you were linked to.

Try clicking on the support link above. Click Contact Support. Wait for it to load.
Click World of Warcraft.
Chose I would rather categorize, then payments, then chose the “not listed here” option.
There should be a contact us link.

I do not believe you trying to contact from South America would affect this, or likely there would be a lot more posts.
