Can I cash in my gold?

:100: :100:

Of course not. You canā€™t turn videogame money into actual money for your bank account.

Blizzard will have record of your payment method, they will know you used bnet balance.

Iā€™m honestly surprised this is even something you had to question.

If we could turn gold into actual currencyā€¦ I could move all my gold into money and makeā€¦ $600

Of course, such a chance would also totally increase the value of the token drasticallyā€¦

Could they even do this?

They could, but theyā€™d have to find a way to still make a profit from it.

If you donā€™t see how this could get exploited then you should probably go back a few grades in school.

You can get any digital items from blizzard.

No real life merch though.

Back when I was working in a local grocery store after school we had a couple notorious for running or trying to run scams of all kinds with coupons. Most of the time the store manager relented and just gave them cash since technically it would balance out with our ancient system (we still used paper food stamps and rang up things by sticker price - no scanners back then).

Anyway, turns out someone finally figured out neither of them had ever learned how to read. They werenā€™t really trying to pull scams with expired coupons they just didnā€™t know they were expired until they came in I guess? Was easier to argue than admit their circumstances. They used to drive me bonkers, though.

Some of them probably use the gold for raid consumables and such, or just use it to get a token off the AH and play WoW for free.

yeah, thats not going to happen and bliz would be foolish to even let something like that enter their minds. lol.
If you could do that we could all quit our day jobs and bleed blizzard/activisions bank accounts dry.

Imagine how much Taco Bell you could get with your blizzard balance

With that haircut, you look like you just talk to managers now :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes, but not without violating the TOS.
