I faction changed one or two days ago and severely regret moving to the alliance. I filed a ticket asking if it is possible to revert my original change, and allow me to choose another character, but I am just curious if anybody is aware of whether or not that is actually possible.
It’s possible, but it’s dependent on many factors. If you have played the character at all, that will make it much more difficult. But the only way to know for sure is to wait on a response to your ticket.
What they might do is a refund of the faction change and then you can purchase it again for another character. They do not revert and let you choose another character otherwise though. And, as Melaesia already stated, if you played it other than just a few minutes or so, then they wouldn’t do a refund on it then. Buyer’s Remorse is not a valid reason for a refund since they give you the ability to create a character of the same class and faction to try it out before purchasing.
You should be able to submit a refund request if the purchase was recent, Peachsoda. I believe around 72 hours is usually the norm for those, so if you made the request within that time frame, a Game Master will see if they can help.

Wow, they got back to me rather quickly. So yeah, they just told me since undoing the faction change won’t return the token, I have to just get a refund and repurchase the change, so I’ll just be taking that route. Thanks.
