So the other player won an item from a fight they participated in.
Whether they equip it or disenchant it or sell it is completely up to them.
Why do people have a problem with it? It was never your loot in the first place.
No you’re conflating something being possible with something being correct or intended. Possible =/= correct or intended. Scalping is not legit and should result in bans. You’re not changing my mind.
Because these aren’t BoEs to be sold on the AH. It’s simply bad form that gives even more incentive for people to always roll need.
It’s not against the rules. It’s not an exploit. It’s nothing like that. It’s just… pretty degenerate. Which is entirely opinion based, but at the same time, if people couldn’t sell the gear, they would have a little less incentive to constantly roll need.

hard disagree here based on descriptions of the roll choices but otherwise yes it’s absolutely degenerate behavior. Then people wonder why their random groups take forever to fill.

An exploit is when people find a bug and use it to their advantage. This isn’t a bug. This isn’t against the rules. They allow cross faction gold trading. They allow for that person to roll need per the loot rules.
None of that is exploiting.
