I dont see why not. You would have to have godly rng for appendage proportions to avoid being a carny though.

Imagine being all gnome sized except for having a tauren sized… As you could imagine, you would be quite popular and the envy of all male gnomes.

As a factitious character who’s given birth to twin daughters, I feel quite sorry what the Gnome is in for.
