Yes, but I’m afraid that is information that we use to verify that you are the registered person on the account, so we may not usually be able to provide it.

You are welcome to put in a ticket, Moryna, but like I said, that is information that is used to verify you are the registered user so it isn’t guaranteed that they’d be able to provide it.

You have a few minutes to edit a post when it is first made. As long as you do so before the elapsed time, which I believe is about 5 minutes, it is considered the original post and doesn’t show an edit history.
Since you replied to my post I received a notification and saw some of what you posted. I believe you may be correct or near enough, but again, it was quick and I was in the middle of responding to something else.
