Hi! I have a few pieces of gear (Grips of the Sinister Savant, Obsidian Gladitor’s Silk Leggings, Obsidian Gladiator’s Ring, Obsidian Gladiator’s Insignia of Alacrity, Obsidian Gladiator’s Medallion, Obsidian Gladiator’s Silk Armbands, Cursed Robes of the Sinister Savant) that will not upgrade when visiting Corxian in Valdrakken. The “upgrade” button is clickable, but when I click it, it makes the sound as if it were successful, but it doesn’t take any of my honor points and the items do not get upgraded. I have tried logging out, restarting the game, disabling all addons, and typing /reload in the chat. Nothing seems to work. Just so you know, I do have enough honor points and I have won a match at 1800 or higher this week. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
Try a full ui reset by deleting or renaming the wtf interface and cache folders.
I just gave that a shot, and that didn’t work either. 
Were you fully logged out of the game when you tried the reset, Creagen?
From your description, this would be my first suggestion as well, perhaps try again. Do you have any autoupdaters on your addons? If so - I’d also turn those off and rebooting your system for good measure wouldn’t hurt. Not usually necessary, but doesn’t hurt to make sure something isn’t hung in memory.
Hi! I appreciate the prompt reply. I was fully logged out. I tried your suggestion, and fully disabled addons, fully exited the game, renamed the WTF, Cache, and Interface folders, hard shutdown my PC twice for good measure, but unfortunately that did not work either.

I’d next suggest either posting in Tech Support, or popping in a Tech ticket. Since the button is clickable, and you say you are qualified this might be a bug, but I’ve seen no other reports like this, at least - yet.
Since I am a new member, it won’t let me open a new topic for 15 hours. Would deleting my topic from General Discussion allow me to open a new ticket? As I feel I should keep the topic I created in Bug Report open.
Technically a forum post is not ticket. A ticket is put in via the support system.
Hi! I do understand that. I put in a ticket, but Orlyia also metnioned posting in Tech Support, which I cannot do. Unless, I can delete a topic I posted?
I doubt deleting a post will work. Probably put in a ticket now rather than wait to post. I am wondering if reset day, Tuesday, would help but not sure.
