Can’t train skills at class and profession tariners

I see the skills there, but there’s no option for me to train anything. I can’t upgrade to northrend alchemy or enchanting.

I’ve tried reloading, disabled all my addons, relogged, and asked in guild and general, no one else seems to be having this issue.

Any help?!
