Can’t Server Transfer - Payment issue

Hi,

I try to transferred my character to new server but I keep getting internal error try again later once entered payment info .

I try multiple times and it not work but it’s charged my card $0.02 every time I tried

I ring my financial institution and they say it’s blizzards end.

For payment and account issues, you’d either want to inquire in the CS forum #support:customer-support or they may direct you to use the ticket system, since it’s a private matter.
