Can’t login to this specific character

Hi there, I’ve been trying for 6 hours, and so far, I’ve:

  • Uninstalled the game
  • Removed all mods/addons
  • Submitted 2 tickets so far (both marked as resolved, but I’m still getting the same message)
  • “A character with that name already exists” message
  • Unstuck myself twice (with a 4-hour cooldown)

All of my other characters are fine—it’s only my main one that I can’t do anything with. After some research, I saw another person with the same issue, and I believe it’s related to a “dormant log-off” issue.

I have no way of getting out of this, and the tickets aren’t helping so far. Do you have any advice?

I’m gonna go out on a limb and guess that these two are related, but the ticket responses are automated as a result of using the service.

Try that again, and when it’s on cooldown again it should give you a direct ticket link for a game master to lend a hand.

I’m not too sure what option you might have been using to submit your tickets, but I’d go with the following option:
https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/contact/1369/ticket

In your ticket, note that the automated un-stuck system has failed twice. Hopefully they can get the character moved to a place where you’re able to log into them.

This is the exact place of my ticket, like i said was mark resolved twice but cant do anything . I just send a other ticket thanks alot
