Third run. Impossible to get the Remnant of Justice. One of the issues is that on the last floor, mini-map shows “next floor” instead of exit to Torghast. You get a warningb message but in the confusion you exit. If you go out, you have to go back in and start over. All quest requirements were filled except the remnant of justice when I went for my 2nd and 3rd runs, waited for souls to appear over half an hour, but NOTHING. Of course reporting this is the usual nightmarish labyrinth (blizz calls it customer service or “support”) that only leads to an extremely frustrating dead end. So I posted here not expecting miracles.
