aaaand tried to farm up some conquest in 2’s. Made a game titled “conquest farm, low cr low gear” and got a frost DK as partner. I was on Rogue
We played 11 games before i stopped. Every, single, one of those games, had a RET pally in it. This was in the scrub tier 1100-1250 mmr range.
They just popped cd’s and proceeded to almost 1 shot me or my partner. I have around 33k hp and the rets all had around the same. Every single game, the same GCD they popped wings in was the same GCD they practically one shot me or my partner in. They doubled both our dmg.
I thought Rets were meant to be nerfed in dmg? looks like they are still bonkers even after a 2-3 month break…

While ret is pretty bonkers sometimes… rogue/dk have strong answers. Big AMZ? Can cloak it all. Vanish their wings. Things like this. I mean if you fought that many and they did the same thing, same gcd, every game…

ya they’ve legit havent nerfed ret or warrior a single time this expansion, it’s pretty great
They actually nerfed ret A crazy amount the first few weeks of the season which is insane considering how strong they still are.
Stops holy damage but some of that lol burst is physical, Templars for 20k+ and 10k white swing while wings and seraphim is up. Big zone is great for judgement and final verdict, but wings lasts way longer so you have to line.
