What Body Type comes first?
Honestly, if they were gonna pull something like this, they could’ve at least still kept the factors of feminine or masculine and pick some other damn icon for them both if this was what everyone’s bothered by, giving people are assuming I am so there’s at least someone out there who actually is.
More options for the chest too on the feminine side, masculine side even. I mean hell so many things could make this work better but Blizzard didn’t even try.
As a side note, the comment the followed had 53 like about how this was much to do about nothing.

Steve Danuser doesn’t give two sh**s about trans people or inclusion anyway, and people think he has any professional merit to state things on behalf of Blizzard when he goes and makes dick jokes on his twitter page.
He evidently only cares about how much profit he can make off of it, either in the form of money, followings, increased playerbase, etc. Chronormu/Chromie wasn’t even his damn creation and I don’t see the original creator initially planning to make a transgendered dragon in 2008.
I mean that was still the same year that the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit still barred off openy gay, bisexual and lesbian people from serving in the U.S military.
Inclusion didn’t go that far in video games back then. Initially I can give you that likely Chronormu was a female dragon that used a male name, which still is not transgender at all if she was female the entire time all the way from hatching.
I’d hazard a guess the writers wanted to make a name exception for one female Dragon and then realized “Oh crap, we stick to this gender and name thing too officially, everyone’s asking why she’s got a male name, we gotta make something exceptional about this character, uh, uh… okay… uhh… alright let’s say he was male when he was born and that’s why he has a male name”.
And then as the later years came around with more and more acceptance and inclusion, people started going on about transgender stuff. That’s it. Ultimately Blizzard never cared. And they still don’t. Now they’re just appealing for those star sticker bonuses.
