Well, you take the Californian outta California, but you can’t take the California out of the Californian.
Honestly, California is such a naturally beautiful state, it’s a shame how it’s ran lol.
I lived in San Diego for 3 years and traveled to: Yosemite, Death Valley, La Jolla, Hollywood sign, drove by the Golden Gate Bridge, laguna beach, and so many places in between, the fact I could go to the beach in the morning, snowy mountains in the afternoon and desert in the evening all in one day? (Depending on time of year) was actually amazing.
All this to say if I were paid to live in Cali again I think I’d have to turn it down.
While I lived there they were literally considering splitting the state into 3 separate states lol some time during 2016-2019

The city of Boise, Idaho is learning this in the worst way right now. Those people are about ready to go full on The Purge right now.
It has the same issue as Oregon, Washington, and Colorado have the cities simply down out the people who don’t live in them.
Grumbles!!! \O/
My major what are they thinking was when Jerry Brown became governor again after being out since the early 80s
i lived in California for nine years and it was horrible. the weather was perfect 350 days a year. worst state ever
just shows what an invasive species californians are…
Yes, like the light of truth and justice and beauty, California is above and beyond such pettiness.
Send your money to Blizz in California, and be mad about it.
spoken like a true cultist.
Bacon already expensive af…. $7.99 a pack here in GA
So from what I can glean they’re just making sure the pigs slaughtered are living a better life than they currently are before they die and this will make it more expensive for farmers to care for the pigs, so the price of pork / bacon will go up accordingly. I’m…not seeing the issue with this? Like oh no, animals may be treated more humanely, how horrifying.
The Federal Government made a pact with California - because it is so awesome - that it can do many things on its own. And other states can either comply, and be part of their market place - or keep true to their obstinance, and not deal with California.
California often leads the way, because they make rules, and other states need to obey them if they want to sell their wares.
I mean, the red states can try and boycott California… but instead, they treat their animals better.
Boo freakin hoo. Maybe if the Red States actually paid into the Government, instead of leeching off of California, they might understand.
Yeah again i’m not really seeing the issue here. Its like saying a vegetarian (bad) is forcing mcdonalds to change their menu to include more vegetarian (bad) options because they won’t eat there if there’s none.
Been hearing people say that for the last few years. You would think it would be a ghost town by now.
Do you ever think before you press post?
here’s you a left leaning LA Times article on it. It’s not a right wing conspiracy.
It’s amazing that you think this is pretend. You’re either a teenager or you follow no current news media.
Here’s you a left leaning news article. It’s not some right wing conspiracy.
A quick google search will afford you a plethora of information.
Have to take care of the piggies
Well, considering I was just there in the past few years, due to a death, you see - I saw first hand the population.
Please, stop trying to force your opinions on others. It’s irritating, especially when you are very obviously biased.
But, ya know, you’re not even worth it. So, ignored. Meh.
Which doesn’t give you any facts whatsoever. So cool story.
“I saw people! People and businesses aren’t leaving! None of your facts are real!”
it’s not an opinion, it’s a fact. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t make it not a fact.
Oh, no.
Well they’ve lost a federal house seat. So it isn’t totally wrong. And Texas picked up two.
