btw i think it is very silly of you to expect people who are similar rating to you (1400 bracket you said) to have high ilvl. Accepting 206ilvl people is really not the end of the world, and not everyone wants to farm rbgs for free rating.
LFG life this expac, really hard to even find people that want to use voice even in the 1900-2k range. really don’t know why healers want to fight RMP without comms.
not an advocate for soloq, just think people don’t use the tool right. atleast hop in voice play ur best and add btags. I think Skill Capped videos ruin it to because people only want to play what was their latest S tier

I did. LFG sucks. We all know this. Sounds like you were shocked it was disbanded after one loss. Expectations set too high when you seen 220 ilevel.

This. I’ve been lucky in the last few nights of doing RBG my team has stuck around after losing the first game (when I go through LFG)
Players that want to achieve high ratings need high iLVL. That is why i went into the RBG world.
A team of 205ilvl isnt going to get you anywhere. If I farmed to 217 ilvl with RBGs and early season arena. I would expect the same effort from my teammates.
There are a bunch of players that want the gear and no work. AKA, players that think 200ilvl will get you past 1600.
Not trying t shame. But, again, if i farmed to 217 ilvl I should expect something closer. If someone is 220+ with no team, great. But i do not advertise for 220+ when i am only 217…thats douchey.

Yeah the best thing you can do is unsub especially when you’re not having fun. I won’t be renewing my sub not because I think this game is terrible, it’s more of that I can’t really play Arena/RBG whenever I want. Gotta spend a lot of time looking for groups and at this age, I don’t have that kind of time luxury anymore.
It’s a pity because I quite like the game.

I agree as well. I’m a old cata multi glad 3k player, who just kinda plays LFG scene cause all the people I played with 10 years ago quit the game… Basically I just sit in LFG with a CR… ppl join and 9/10 times their like 200 points lower. We play some games, eventually either I leave or they do. Then I rinse and repeat the process. Idgaf about getting titles or anything anymore… I think a lot of competition left this game for dota/league a long time ago when wow was dropped from the MLG line-up. Would I play solo que if it happened? Yeah. Do I think it would keep me from unsubbbing? no.
It was never this bad though. I’m not big on arenas but lets not pretend that this game is as friendly as it use to be for “solo” players.
There are literally thousands upon thousands of people that play wow solo. being forced to play with others, when a simple solo Q with a decent AI matching system, would solve everything.
Blizz is just getting rid of the old folks who like to play the game

i mean if you’re complaining that it took you hours to find partners, and you’re expecting gear that far exceeds the bracket you’re recruiting for… I mean you get what I’m saying yeah?
Again, you do not need ilvl to reach 1400/1600/1800. Each previous bracket’s ilvl is enough to reach the next, trust.

No offense but at 1400ish people are 205 ilvl and it’s dumb to expect more. I’m guessing those people you queued with got their gear from PVE or RBGS.
I felt bad for you at first but you’re kinda a jerk lol. Gear isn’t end all be all btw.

I will say that your expectations are way too high for lfg standard. People who are at 1400 in 3s wouldn’t realistically be around your ilvl unless they are rbg heros, PvE, or are a booster/boosted.
If you want to really climb you need to just play with people who might be lower ilvl than you but as long as they are good and you guys just mesh well you will climb.
While gear certainly matters, your individual performance and your teammate performance matter more than the 15ilvl advantage you have in that bracket. Regardless, of whether that ret got convoke or whether he had 220 ilvl. There a reason that ret is 1400.

I had invited people who had multiglad xp but low ilvl. I stopped that after the 4th time they announced they were surprised they got globalled.
