Buying Bfa? Price inconsistency [SOLVED]

So, I didn’t buy BfA when it came out but my friends just informed me and posted pictures of BfA Digital Deluxe for AU$25.
I decided to buy it then but even I go to the shop or upgrade it comes up as the BASE BfA is $40 and Digital Deluxe is $70.

What gives? Because Multiple friends have it at $25?

I think I’ve just figured it out…
Apparently it might be for my friends to UPGRADE his standard account to Digital Deluxe.

Do your friends already own BFA? If so, they are seeing that price because it would be their cost to upgrade to the Digital Deluxe version of BFA from a Standard version of BFA.

If you do not already own BFA, then you would be shown the full price for the Digital Deluxe version.
