Slightly over a week ago I made a post detailing how much gold it would be to buy all the vendor mounts in the game. That post was through a WotLK lens but didn’t list any of the WotLK mounts. Here, I’ll be detailing how much gold it’ll cost to get every vendor in Wrath of the Lich King specificly.
These prices will all be at their normal price so actual cost will be lower, this is really to just give you a general idea and I’ll add what the price will be with full discount at the bottom of the post alongside the total.
Mei Francis - Dalaran
- Armored Snowy Gryphon - 2,000g (Alliance only)
- Blue Wind Rider - 2,000g (Horde only)
- Armored Brown Bear - 750g
- Wooly Mammoth - 200 Emblems of Heroism
- Traveler’s Tundra Mammoth - 20,000g
Cielstrasza - Dragonblight
- Red Drake - 2,000g
You need exalted with The Wyrmrest Accord to purchase.
Lillehoff - The Storm Peaks
- Ice Mammoth - 1,000g
- Grand Ice Mammoth 10,000g
You need to be exalted with The Sons of Hodir to purchase.
Dead Commander Thalanor - Eastern Plaguelands (Death Knight only)
Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade - 950g
Those are all the vendor mounts of WotLK, honestly there were fewer than I expected but I guess that just means there’s that many more to get through other means.
The total cost of them, not including the Death Knight mount is 35,750g.
The expected cost with discounts from reputation is 28,600g.
Now I don’t know how accurate that is as I don’t know which mounts get discounted but you can use this as a good idea of how much you’ll need to get all the vendor mounts, somewhere between 28,600 - 35,750g.
