Perhaps…here’s a thought…don’t use all the stuff? Pick which ones work best and use those?
Or play BM Hunter. Four or Five abilities and you are good to go.

BM Hunter and Guardian Druid have button drought. Brewmaster Monks have undeniable button bloat. It varies with class and spec, that’s part of the issue.

Try playing all three priest specs, it’s ridiculous. If you want macros on anything, same situation.

What class are you playing?
Like, I’ve got a lot of buttons on my Rogue, but the vast majority of the time I’m only really pressing 4 or 5 of them with the others just sprinkled in.
Also the amount of buttons doesn’t necessarily mean the class is difficult. Holy priest for instance has a metric crap ton of buttons, but it’s still very easy to play.

I’m fine if everyone who pvps quits. That means they can give M+ your seasonal cosmetic rewards they for some reason refuse to create for M+.
So take less buttons. You have a lot of control over how many buttons you have in your rotation. If you feel “bloated,” take less. Meanwhile, those of us who enjoy lots of buttons can take more.
There is no issue.

If they get rid of all my buttons because of threads like this I will get real petty real fast.
I do not like 3 button rotations, hyperbolic or otherwise.
I don’t know why some players are so determined to ruin things for everyone else.

Use a macro with Alt + Shift hover.
I’ll give you one from my Sunwalker Tauren:
#showtooltip
/cast [modifier:alt] Divine Storm; Templar’s Verdict
Replace “alt” with “shift” or “ctrl”
The names of the skills are case-sensitive. The last one is the one displayed at the front (Templar’s Verdict).
You can also stack these, so that you can have 4-6 skills available on a single button in combination with other keys.
This is why DH exists.
As an engineer and now principal technical program manager, this made me laugh… a lot. People say a lot of silly stuff on this forum, this is among the silliest.

Honestly, when I had to download a weakaura to keep track of all the buffs/debuffs/cooldowns Brewmaster has to keep on top of, I gave up.
My monk is WW or MW only now.

Ya know, I actually made a DH a couple weeks ago because I was curious. They aren’t really missing many buttons compared to other classes. They also have to jump around like crazy and it’s cringe af.
Yea blizzard pushing buttons on a keyboard is super duper difficult, so toxoc blizzard!

This was done in Cataclysm, and WoD, and then Blizzard responded to the subsequent compliants that there were too few options, so they returned many skills. Blizzard can’t win either way, just saying.
Nah, some classes still have too few, like bear is still suffering from low button rotations

Only the Havoc ones, but my preferred spec doesn’t, just saying. It does have movement with infernal leap, and double jump glide.
