Odd, the second mine became available on Sulfuras I xferred it to Faerlina.

I wonder what makes my character different. I haven’t transferred before at all during classic/tbc classic, even during the free migrations they offered. So this “penalty” shouldn’t apply to me. Overall I’m just glad it’s a bug because having to wait 90 days would suck, unless the “fix” takes that long to come

One of my chars also just showed up yesterday, my only 70. Then this morning a 2nd one is there (66). They are progressing … a bit at a time. Not sure if they’re going “realm by realm” or what - but all my previous chars were on Heartseeker.

BRO come on and transfer my toon already. I didn’t even know this was happening and bought a membership 2 days before my toon disappeared, wasted my $15. I don’t follow blizzard on anything so how was I suppose to know, f man. My itch to play WoW is gone now.

Wow. Just wow. Alliance get transferred to a 99% horde server. How long do you think this server will retain ally players? I’ve looked at the auction house for ally–very poor offerings. I’ve looked at horde side, too. Almost a normal auction house, but still a little skimpy for normal buying. THIS WAS NOT AN IMPROVEMENT FOR ALLIANCE. Ally had a dysfunctional auction house, but at least ally could do quests. Alliance had at least a chance to play, not 99 to 1 odds. This will kill yet another server.

I wish there was a better heads up for this maybe an email. being sick and coming back to play, paying for a subscription only to find my server and all the characters i had on it gone. totally unplayable and i had to spend hrs searching for why since contacting support is not even an option anymore. Do we get some sort of compensation for all of our characters being in limbo unplayable for a while?

Any plans for Myzrael? Got overlooked on this consolidation and most players have changed servers. There are about 2 horde guilds still raiding right now and just about as many on alliance

Hello Kaivax, me and two friends of mine were on Herod making the most of the low population to prepare for WOTLK. We missed the cutoff dates for the free transfer for some of our characters but were able to transfer others to our new server. One of us had an inactive sub but is planning the return for WOTLK. They are going to be stuck on Sulfuras if a free transfer is not available after the consolidation.
Is there going to be any free transfer off of sulfuras for those of us who missed the cutoff but already have other plans in the work or those of us who are returning from a break for the new expansion release? Thanks
Their plan for us is to force us to pay them 30 dollars per character to server transfer to the servers our friends are on, or quit playing the game.
I’m choosing option B and won’t be resubbing until they rectify this situation. I suggest everyone else does too. Vote with your wallets.

Same experience as others, got hyped for wrath decided to resub and all my characters are gone. Looks like I missed out on the free transfer so I have to pay to get my main off sulfuras.
